The 3K is engineered for speed with 20+ obstacles and enough elevation gain to make your lungs beg for mercy. If you leave it all on the course, there’s no chance you’ll still be standing after you cross the finish line.
Qualification Information
Age Group and Journeyman qualification requirements are waived for 2021 due to the limited number of qualifying races as a result of cancellations from COVID-19.
Journeyman divisions will be transferred into Age Group divisions.
Athletes racing in the pro division must still qualify, but they can use race results from 2019 or 2020.
